AUTO LINKS PRIVATE LIMITED”) was initially
established as registered Company under the Companies Act,
1956 with Authorized Capital of Rs. 5, 25, 00,000/- (Rs.
Five Crores and Twenty Five Lacs), now its name has changed
as ‘SAI MOH AUTO LINKS LIMITED’ on November
14, 1995, consequent with conversion from a private limited
company into public limited company.
The Company get Listed with Bombay Stock
Exchange Limited on 15.09.2016 under the Direct Listing
Scheme formulated by BSE Ltd. The Company is also listed
with Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, Ludhiana Stock and Capital
Limited (formerly Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd.), Delhi Stock
Exchange Ltd.
The Company has generated total revenue
of Rs. 15,505,500/- in the F.Y. 2014-15 from its trading
business as compared to Rs. 13,05,200/- in F.Y. 2013-14.
In the F.Y. 2015-16 the Total Revenue reaches Rs. 2,35,96,025/-.
The company gradually, focusing on expansion towards stocking,
buying, selling and trading of chemicals to diversify Company’s
business horizons.
